Running is a fantastic way to explore new areas outdoors and take advantage of the “happy” endorphins one gets from working out. Plus, working out outside gives you the added benefit of Vitamin D from the sunshine, a vital vitamin especially in the bleak winter months (just remember to wear sunscreen!).
