To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 6 in Windows:

  1. Open the Tools menu at the top of this browser window and select "Internet Options..."
  2. Click the "Privacy" tab
  3. Ensure that the privacy level is set no higher than "Medium High"
  4. Click the "OK" button

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5 or 5.5 in Windows:

  3. Under Cookies, click the option you want to use under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer, click OK, and then click OK again.
  4. You may need to close all Internet Explorer browsers and restart them, or restart your computer, to continue.

To enable cookies in Firefox in Windows:

  1. Click on the Tools menu in Firefox.
  2. Click on Options in the menu.
  3. Click on the Privacy icon in the left part of the window.
  4. Click on Cookies.
  5. Check the box next to Allow sites to set cookies, and then click Ok.
  6. You may need to close Firefox and restart it, or restart your computer, to continue.
